I began my quest for a better physique, fitness, and healthier diet, when I realized I had gained 37 pounds, and huge love handles, after retiring from the Army, and vowing never to workout, or run again. I found it hard to do so many things I so much enjoyed and was capable of doing when I was involved in a deliberate routine workout program. I even found it hard to walk up stairs, or participate in recreational activities during family outing, etc. 

I had to do something to improve the way I felt, both inside and out, and how I looked. I began to research fitness programs on the internet, in magazines, fitness forums, etc., and I came across one perticular program which delivered such spectacular results in the way I was able to breath, I was able to walk, run, and join in on fun and exciting events. My health and fitness levels actually improved faster than I could ever imagine.

I lost 42 pounds, got a flat stomach, and abs to be proud of, and a whole new attitude on what it take to get and stay fit.
